1. What types of e-bikes do you sell?
At FlyByBike, we offer high-performance electric bikes designed for commuting, off-road riding, long-range travel, and everyday use. Our bikes feature powerful motors, long-lasting batteries, and durable components.
2. How long does shipping take?
Most e-bike orders arrive within 4–7 business days after shipment. Accessories typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
3. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our “Track Your Order” page.
4. What is your return policy?

5. What happens if my bike arrives damaged?
If your bike arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
6. Do your e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes. All our e-bikes come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty details vary by model. Contact us for specific warranty information.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for a return after delivery.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
11. Do I need a driver’s license to ride an e-bike?
In most states, no. However, local laws vary. You are responsible for checking the electric bike regulations in your area.
12. How far can your e-bikes travel on a single charge?
Depending on the model, rider weight, terrain, and riding mode, our e-bikes typically offer 30–80 miles per charge.
13. What if I have a technical issue with my e-bike?
Our team will help diagnose the issue and offer basic troubleshooting. For more complex cases, we work with manufacturers to provide replacement parts or warranty service.
14. Can I test the bike before buying?
We currently operate online only and do not offer in-person test rides. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, photos, and specifications to help you choose the right model.
