1. Order Acceptance

• After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it is accepted.
• We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as product availability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud.
• Your order is accepted when it has been shipped.

2. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information.

3. Payment

• Payment is due in full at checkout.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that method.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

• You may request changes or cancellation before your order ships.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In general:

• 30-day return window from delivery.
• Items must be in like-new condition with all accessories.

7. Warranty

Our e-bikes include a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a specified period. Wear-and-tear parts (such as tires, tubes, chains, and brake pads) are not covered.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for events beyond our control during transit, though we will help you work with the carrier if problems arise.

9. Product Use and Safety

• You agree to use products responsibly and in accordance with local e-bike laws.
• Always wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
• Use high-speed modes only where legally permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlyByBike is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including accidents or injuries caused by misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
