Thank you for choosing FlyByBike. We want your electric bike to provide many years of safe and reliable performance. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.
Warranty Coverage
All FlyByBike electric bikes come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Frame Warranty: 1 year against structural defects.
- Motor Warranty: 1 year for defects in the motor.
- Battery Warranty: 6–12 months depending on the model.
- Display, controller, and electronic components: 6 months.
- Factory accessories: 30 days.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, electronics, or battery.
- Parts that fail under normal use within the warranty period.
- Defects confirmed by our support team after inspection.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chain, grips, cables, etc.).
- Improper assembly, installation, or adjustments.
- Accidents, crashes, abuse, or misuse.
- Water damage, rust, or corrosion.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-compatible parts.
- Using the bike for racing, commercial delivery, or heavy-duty usage unless specified.
- Damage caused by neglect, improper storage, or lack of maintenance.
Battery Warranty Notes
- The battery must be charged and stored properly to maintain warranty coverage.
- Damage from overcharging, extreme temperatures, or deep discharge is not covered.
- Normal capacity loss over time is expected and not considered a defect.
Warranty Requirements
To qualify for warranty service, you must provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- Photos or videos showing the defect clearly.
- A description of the issue and how it occurred.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
- If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, FlyByBike may cover reasonable shipping costs.
- If the issue is not covered by warranty, you may be responsible for shipping fees.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Warranty coverage does not apply if the serial number or product identification has been removed or altered.
