Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is clean, undamaged, and in good working condition.
- All original accessories are included (charger, keys, tools, manuals, etc.).
- The item shows no signs of abuse, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items marked as “final sale”.
- Accessories that were installed and cannot be safely removed without damage.
- Items with obvious signs of misuse or neglect.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we usually cover reasonable return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to change of mind (you no longer want the product, wrong color chosen, etc.), the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@flybybike.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
- For damaged or defective items, attach clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, remove personal items, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Send the package and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos and a short description of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund and will usually cover return or replacement shipping when the issue is our fault.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (for example, different color or model):
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Ensure the product is in like-new condition with all accessories.
- In many cases you will return the original item and place a new order, or we may arrange a direct exchange depending on stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund if:
- The item shows signs of use beyond normal testing.
- Accessories or parts are missing.
- There is damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is our mistake.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are typically paid by the customer.
