• Accessories: usually 3–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Fees

• We offer free shipping on many e-bike orders within the contiguous United States.
• Shipping costs for accessories or special items are shown at checkout.

Shipping Areas

• We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
• We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your package appears lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.
• We will help open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a suitable solution (replacement or refund, where appropriate).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:

• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned to us.
